Run the Race Till You Get the Prize!
Perseverance is not a long race, it is many short races one after the other.

PERSEVERANCE is an incredible word to live by in the midst of your job search. Why? Well, by definition it means the action or condition or an instance of steadfastness - firm in belief and determination.
Perseverance means you keep looking for a job even when you have heard “no” for the 19th time.
Perseverance means you make adjustments in your approach to connecting with organizations you want to work.
Perseverance means that if you have a dream to be a …. you keep working, you keep asking, you keep applying, you keep learning, you keep moving towards that dream until you see it come to pass in your life.
Perseverance means you step back re-work your resume, evaluate your interview skills, and then go to the next interview and get the job.
Perseverance means you run the race until you get the prize. The job you want! Not the want you don’t want.
