More than 7 years ago, I had the distinct privelege to develop a workshop to help displaced employees. The workshop is called Tough Questions? Great Answers! It was designed to give people the tools, skills and confidence they need to go and compete for the jobs they want. Over the years I have given the keys to countless people, both individually and in small groups, to unlock the mystery behind job interviews.
I have taken Tough Questions? Great Answers! and created bite size webinars that you can sign up for now. There are 4 workshop dates and times available for workshop 1 and workshop 2. I will schedule workshop 3 and workshop 4 during the month of November.

Workshop 1: So, Tell Me A Little Bit About Yourself
This workshop will give you keys to understanding who you are and what you bring to the table. I will help you develop a 1-2 minute introduction of who you are, using powerful action words.
Workshop 2: Developing A Game Plan
This workshop will give you keys to developing a strategy for your interview. Every professional team has an offensive and defensive game plan before they ever play the game. By the time you complete this hour, you will understand the value of your game plan and you will have the keys to developing your game plan.
Workshop 3: The Interview
This workshop will breakdown the interview. You will learn how to take your game plan and execute the plan so that you have a positive outcome to your next interview. We will discuss how to self-correct when things don’t go the way you plan and then I will encourage you to get back in the game and do it again.
Workshop 4: Coaching To Increase Performance
This workshop is a group coaching session. Many executive level employees have personal life coaches. You will have the opportunity to have an interview coach. I will answer questions and do mock interviews, and give feedback to workshop participants. This will be a great opportunity to learn from one another!
