You Do Have A Choice!
As I have listened to the news about the economic mess we have going on right now, I know many of you may be evaluating how will all of this financial chaos impact you, your future, your job and/or you ability to get employment. Here are some thoughts for you to consider.
1. You get to choose your attitude
2. You get to decide what you will focus on right now
3. You get to choose how you will respond to this economic stress
4. RISK - Go after a job that seems "a little" different than you typically go for in the market place
Here is my point - If you are in the job market, actively looking for a job, don’t stop your job search because of what is happening. It is a difficult time to find a job, but people, organizations are still hiring. Take some time and set some goals, weekly, daily goals that will assist you with getting your resume/cover letter in front of the hiring manager.
Think outside of the box. Take your time (relatively speaking), and find the best opportunity for you and your family. Be careful not to make a quick decision when considering a job offer. This recommendation is a good one whether we are in a dicey economy or not.
